The workshop will include insights into Rocket Yoga and the surrounding philosophies, invigorating breathwork, and 90 minutes of postures and transitions. Julia will lead you through the Rocket® sequence, which includes modified versions of the traditional Ashtanga primary, intermediate, and advanced series. This practice is designed to challenge and inspire you to take your practice to new heights.
